This role will play a key part in strengthening our brand identity, defining andevolving the visual language of our digital products, and delivering high-quality, creative,and timely solutions for a wide range of digital design needs. We seek someone who isdetail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing time efficiently.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field,5+ years of experience in the field (agency experience is a plus),Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar tools,Experience in illustration/drawing,Strong command of core design principles including typography, color theory, and composition,Passion for staying up to date with design trends and emerging technologies,Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines,Strong multitasking and time management skills,Ability to manage workloads independently and follow tasks through to completion,Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across departments,A team-oriented mindset, willingness to adapt and learn, and a creative, results-driven approach.Nice to HaveSkilled in animation design,Ability to contribute to photo/video editing processes,Experience with generative AI tools and ability to integrate them into the creative workflow.Job Description:Analyze briefs from business units to determine the creative direction of projects and develop visual concepts aligned with the organization’s strategic goals,Produce creative, trend-aligned visual assets such as banners, email designs, icons, illustrations, etc., for various business units,Create designs for digital channels (social media, web, email, campaigns),Develop new corporate identity concepts when needed, and ensure consistent application of existing brand guidelines across all platforms,Design corporate presentations, infographic reports, and various documents,Communicate effectively with business units and internal teams while managing projects and conducting efficient task follow-up.Candidate Selection Process:Our recruitment process for all positions typically encompasses technical interviews, director assessments, competency evaluations, and personality tests.
