TA Properties Ltd. is seeking a talented Senior Visualizer – Graphic Designer to join our creative department and help shape the visual identity of our premium projects in Purbachal.Location: Floor-4, House-50, Road-305, Sector-13, Purbachal New Town, Dhaka (Besides BRTA Office Opposite Neela Market)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, billboards, digital ads, and social media content.Develop brand identities and maintain consistent visual language across all platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team to produce campaign visuals and creative concepts.Work closely with the management to visualize real estate projects and 3D mockups.Edit and retouch images, videos, and renderings for promotional use.Stay updated with the latest design trends and real estate marketing styles.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.Skills Required: Graphic Design, Video EditingExperience Requirements2 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real Estate,Real Estate StartupAdditional Requirements2–4 years of professional experience (real estate experience preferred).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Capcut).Strong creative sense and attention to detail.Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or 3D visualization is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesSalaryTk. 27000 - 35000 (Monthly)
