Is that you?You will be based in Denmark, and work closely with our local client advisors, investment specialists, and wealth planning colleagues in the Nordics and across Europe. You will be responsible for providing wealth planning advice to clients, leveraging the full value proposition of the Bank aligned with Quintet’s values.Key AccountabilitiesProvide holistic wealth planning advice to support the achievement of the client’s financial and life objectives Develop and maintain expertise on wealth planning solutions dedicated to HNWIs/UHNWs domiciled in DenmarkEnsure all aspects of the case (compliance, tax, legal) are comprehensively covered, anticipating and resolving any issues in a timely mannerProvide technical assistance on estate planning matters to client advisors, participate in client meetings upon request, proactively share relevant information to the client advisors. Provide assistance to compliance and lending departments on the onboarding process of complex casesManage complex business cases, coordination with all appropriate functions, internal and external stakeholders.Provide technical trainings to the client advisors in the NordicsEnsure good lines of communication are maintained between the Bank, the client, and where appropriate, the client’s professional advisorsBuild and maintain a strong relationship with the client advisors through regular contact and the ongoing monitoring of developments in the marketsParticipate in marketing and commercial events Create a partnership culture within team and between teams to deliver Quintet’s overall value proposition to clientsWork autonomously on dedicated tasks according to the seniority level, as well as within a team and prioritize tasks Results focused, open for business enhancing and developing Quintet’s name and brand.Knowledge And ExperienceMaster degree in law/tax, or HD Financial Planning / Certified Wealth Planner Solid experience from a bank, an advisory firm or law firm as a Wealth planner/tax advisorIn depth knowledge in the Danish products such as life insurance, pension, and taxation of investment productsIn depth knowledge of the of Danish corporate structures and succession planning opportunities. Basic knowledge of other Nordic or European locations would be a plus Understanding concepts of foreign tax planning, structures and solutions (e.g. trusts, foundations etc.)Knowledge in civil law (matrimonial regimes, succession law, etc.) Attributes and QualitiesAttention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlinesA hands-on attitude, service driven, solution finder, driven to achieve successful solutions while continuously displaying commercial awarenessIs “client obsessed” to provide a best in class service.Creates a partnership culture within teams and collaborates across all other Quintet network to deliver the overall client propositionSupports and encourages others to generate a positive working culture, sharing information cross-functionsTakes a solution oriented approach and challenges the way we do things: “see it, say it, fix it”Effective communicator (both written and verbal), and good at influencing audiences in person and presenting to clientsResilient, problem solver, effective planner with a partnership approachTechnical SkillsProficient use of MS OfficeLanguages SkillsDanish and English (fluent / advanced)Fluency and/or working knowledge of any other language would be an advantage
