You’ll leverage modern web technologies and AI-driven solutions to build high-performance, user-focused applications across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in a collaborative team, leading and contributing to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of enterprise-level software while promoting code quality, scalability, and best development practices.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js.Translate detailed UI/UX designs from Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma into fully responsive, high-fidelity front-end interfaces.Write clean, efficient, and scalable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code, adhering to modern development standards and cross-browser compatibility.Build rich, interactive UI animations using GSAP or similar JavaScript animation libraries to enhance user engagement.Apply front-end best practices, including accessibility, SEO optimization, and advanced performance tuning.Write structured, maintainable styles using SCSS/SASS with BEM methodology.Integrate front-end applications seamlessly with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.Collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.Actively participate in code reviews and architectural discussions. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices and browsers.Drive continuous improvements through refactoring, documentation, and adoption of modern tools.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:At least 5 years of solid professional experience in front-end engineering with demonstrable portfolio of live projects.Strong production focus with proven experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma. Ability to convert design mock-ups (Figma/Photoshop) into pixel-perfect, semantic HTML and CSS.Demonstrate strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, TypeScript.Comfortable working with Git and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Gulp).Solid experience with SASS/SCSS and BEM for scalable CSS architectureStrong understanding of Next.js features such as SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic routing, and API routes.Hands-on experience with state management libraries like (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil).Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG), frontend performance optimization and SEO best practises.Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.Experience with GSAP animation will be of significant advantage.Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to a high-quality engineering culture.Nice to have Experience with UI component libraries like Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, MUI, or shadcn/ui.Experience building design systems or reusable component libraries.Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel).Experience with Web animations & 3D/interactive UI frameworks (e.g., Framer Motion, Three.js).Familiarity with backend concepts using Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or Nest.js is a plus.Hogarth ValuesHeart and Soul: We love what we do.
