This role is responsible for leading a project on developing environmental sensor solutions for automotive customers. You will work with innovation-based R&D environment, working closely with global R&D organization, leading automotive tier1/OEM customers worldwide. Our company is running by ideas not hierarchy, so you will tell us what to do, and you will be asked to make a lot of decisions. Your Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading a defined project and its project team with a LEADERSHIP to make the project accomplishedLead R&D staffs, communicating with business line management, product management, sales representative, purchasing project leader, program management, and quality managementTechnical communication with key customerProcess responsible owner on “Development”, IATF16949 complianceYour Profile:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in physics, or Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or comparable engineering subjectYou may have avg +5 years of R&D project management skillsExpertise in, and covering hardware, firmware and mechanical design related topics is an assetFamiliarity with automotive requirements, methods, and customersExperience in working in international development teamsExcellent communication skills in English and KoreanKnowledge on sensor technology will be advantageAre you innovative and committed to delivering first-rate performance?
