5 to 7+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing support role; experience in SaaS is a strong plusProven ability to manage day-to-day client and agency relationships both in-person and virtually, especially in the digital marketing spaceA proactive and self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment focused on retention and growthStrong analytical thinking with the ability to deliver strategic insights that bring value to clientsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExceptional communication skills including listening, presentation, writing, and speakingWillingness to work onsite 2 to 3 days per weekBachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
