People & Culture Coordinator – Support the Growth of a Leading Property Investment GroupJoin Sentinel Property Group as a People & Culture Coordinator and provide essential support across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, dynamic property investment and management environment. Sentinel Property Group is seeking a proactive and organised People & Culture Coordinator to assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our People & Culture function. Prepare contracts, letters, and onboarding documentation for new hiresAssist with payroll processing, ensuring all employee data and timesheets are accurateSupport the delivery of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company eventsProvide administrative and reporting support to the Head of People & CultureAssist with policy updates, compliance checks, and audit requirements as directedWhat We’re Looking ForCertificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently studying)Experience in People & Culture administration or a similar coordination role (preferred but not essential)Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Employment Hero (advantageous)Strong organisational and time management skills with a high attention to detailClear communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetA genuine interest in building a career within People & CultureHow to ApplyClick "Apply" or send your resume and a brief cover letter to:
