ChefOnline is looking for SEO Analytics (Day / Night)Job Description / ResponsibilityChefOnline is a UK-based National Online Food Ordering Platform, officially recognised as a Google Partner Digital Marketing Agency and a Meta Business Partner under Agency Speciality. We empower restaurants and takeaways across the UK with online ordering, EPoS, and growth-focused digital marketing solutions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven SEO Analytics to join our Digital Marketing team. This senior role involves leading a team of SEO specialists, driving strategy and execution, and ensuring SEO initiatives align with ChefOnline’s business goals. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with analytics, data-driven decision-making, and capable of mentoring a team to achieve sustained organic growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to deliver measurable results and meet business objectives.SEO Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, with CRO focus, to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.Keyword & Content Optimisation: Conduct in-depth keyword research, content clustering, and on-page optimisation to maximise SERP rankings.Performance Tracking: Use tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, GA4, and GTM to analyse data, generate reports, and refine strategies.KPI Management: Monitor organic traffic, conversion rates, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and domain authority to track success.Budget Management: Create and manage monthly SEO budgets across multiple projects with a focus on efficiency and ROI.Data-Driven Decisions: Provide actionable insights using analytics, server-side tracking, and performance data.Trends & Compliance: Stay updated on Google algorithm updates, SEO innovations, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & EngineeringSkills Required: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEO and Digital Marketing, on page and off page SEOExperience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company,E-commerceAdditional RequirementsExperience: 5–7 years in SEO (B2B, B2C, or online marketplace environments)Technical Skills: Expertise with SEO tools, data analytics, and digital advertising platformsLeadership: Proven experience managing SEO teams and driving performance improvementCommunication: Strong business communication skills (IELTS 7.0+ equivalent), client and team-facingJob LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1)
