We plan to reach 1 million claims by the end of 2026. ✈️About The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and SEO-savvy Content Editor & Researcher to join our Global SEO team. You will play a key role in refining, optimizing, and enhancing digital content to improve search visibility, engagement, and conversion. This role bridges the gap between creative writing and technical SEO, ensuring every piece we publish meets both editorial and performance goals.What You Will Do:Primary responsibility: Refining content to maximize SEO performance.Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and SEO best practices.Conduct in-depth keyword and topic research to identify trends, user intent, and growth opportunities.Analyze SERP landscapes, competitor domains, and backlink profiles to uncover ranking gaps.Collaborate with content creators, writers, developers, and SEO specialists to align content with keyword and search intent strategies to ensure SEO best practices across the site.Review and enhance headlines, meta titles, and descriptions for maximum click-through and keyword performance.Implement on-page SEO improvements: internal linking, heading structure, keyword balance, and formatting.SEO compliance: Make sure the piece meets technical and editorial SEO standards (title length, meta tags, alt text, URL slug).Ensure that content adheres to the brand's voice, tone, and editorial standards.Update and refresh older content to maintain SEO relevance and accuracy.Utilize analytics tools (such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush) to track and report on organic performance metrics (rankings, CTR, conversions, visibility).Develop data-backed recommendations for content creation and optimization.Maintain a consistent publishing workflow and quality across all content formats (web, blog, landing pages).Stay current with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO tools or methodologies.What You Bring:Experience in content editing, preferably in a digital or SEO-driven environment.Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword placement, metadata, internal linking, search intent).Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and content strategy.Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or similar).Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.Proficiency in utilizing advanced modes of ChatGPT.An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and actions.Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.Strong command of English and exceptional editing/writing skills.Native Spanish or Italian language skills.A strong competitive advantage will give you:Experience managing content calendars or editorial workflows.Understanding of conversion copywriting or UX writing principles.Proficiency in other European languages.Experience in LegalTech, TravelTech, or consumer-facing digital platforms.Who you are as a person:Result-oriented approach, with a proven ability to deliver fast and make a significant impact on business growth, demonstrate initiative, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional problem-solving skills and creative thinking abilities.Independence: Ability to act as a universal player, capable of working independently without constant supervision.Speed: Result-oriented, with a focus on delivering fast and making an immediate impact.Attention to detail.
