The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO techniques, and online promotion methods to enhance the company’s online presence and drive organic growth.Job ResponsibilitiesPlan, develop, and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies.Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization.Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.Create engaging content for digital platforms to attract and retain customers.Monitor website analytics and prepare performance reports.Stay updated with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and tools.Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.Other FacilitiesEmployment Type: Full-time (Office-based)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMSalary Range: 15,000 – 25,000 BDT (Negotiable, based on experience and performance)Benefits: Two yearly bonuses, salary increment based on performanceQualification and Skill SetsEducational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in any relevant fieldAdditional Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketingStrong knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword toolsHands-on experience with social media marketing and paid campaignsGood communication and analytical skillsMust be willing to work from the office (onsite position)Salary and CompensationSalary: 15,000 – 25,000 BDT (Monthly)Perks and BenefitsPerformance bonus availableFestival bonus
