We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team.The Copywriting Specialist is a multifaceted role responsible for content creation, translation, social media community management, and customer engagement. The responsibilities include writing compelling copy for various platforms, managing reviews and customer interactions on social media, and contributing to SEO efforts.Key Responsibilities:Copywriting:Write and edit copy for a variety of marketing materials, including press releases, catalogs, email campaigns, SMS content, and product descriptions.Develop compelling and on-brand copy for organic social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.Create SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages that enhance search visibility and conversions.Ensure all content adheres to brand voice and guidelines, providing a consistent and engaging customer experience across all channels.Translation:Prepare Excel files for cash receipt entry in the ERP system.Translate marketing materials, product descriptions, and website content into French (or other relevant languages) to support our customer base in Canada and French-speaking regions.Ensure that translated content maintains the integrity of the original message while being culturally relevant and engaging.SEO and AEO Copywriting :Write SEO-optimized content using keyword research tools such as SemRush to improve the visibility and ranking of website pagesContinuously review and update content on the website to ensure it remains optimized for search engines, driving organic traffic to the site.Website Reviews & Customer Feedback (Shopify):Monitor customer reviews on the website (Shopify platform), responding to positive reviews with personalized messages to build brand loyalty.For negative reviews, forward feedback to Customer Service (CS) for resolution and maintain a positive brand image in public responses.Track customer sentiment and provide insights to the team on how to improve customer experience and address concerns.Social Media Customer Service (DM Responses):Act as a point of contact for customer service inquiries via social media direct messages (DMs), ensuring timely and helpful responses.Address customer concerns, provide product information, and resolve issues or escalate as needed to Customer Service teams.Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience in copywriting and Editing. Demonstrated ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy across email, SMS, social media, product descriptions, and marketing materials.Experience in Fashion & Apparel is a MUST have.Strong Grasp of SEO and AEO Fundamentals. Experience writing SEO-optimized content using keyword tools like Semrush or similar platforms, with an understanding of how to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills. Able to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment across all content types.Team-Oriented with a Growth Mindset.
