You will design, develop, and continuously improve the way SEO is executed in the company to always maximize its full potential as a service we offer.Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the SEO Team Lead and Assistant Team LeadJob ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & ExpertiseAct as a subject-matter expert when it comes to building an online presence through SEOServe as the designated QA of the team for specific SEO tasks and projectsPropose high-level strategic recommendations that go beyond the technical aspect of SEO executionAnalyze the client's online presence vis-à-vis SEO trends to come up with custom-tailored, best-in-class service for each projectClient Delivery & ExecutionAssess a client's website and other online activities to propose actionable strategies covering content, user behavior/experience, and technical aspects of SEOHandle VIP and Escalated clients—determine the best action plan to ensure client objectives are met and concerns are addressed/resolvedSet proper and realistic expectations to clients regarding rankings, traffic, lead generation and conversion. There will be no room for overpromising and under deliveringTechnical SEO DeliverablesWebsite auditsCompetitor and keyword analysisOn-page SEO optimizationAEO (Answer/AI Engine Optimization)/GEOKeywords and topics proposalContent plan/structure creationSchema markup implementationGoogle Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster tools setupLocal search setupLink building campaignsBenchmark, performance and work reportsCollaboration & CommunicationCoordinate with project managers, developers, and content writers to assign and actively communicate updates on various SEO tasksCreate, maintain and improve web analytics dashboards, progress reports and reporting toolsHighlight key areas of opportunity in accordance with client goals and objectivesContinuous Improvement & GrowthMonitor the performance of client's SEO campaign, contribute professional insights and develop plans to capitalize on growth opportunitiesStay updated on search engine updates and SEO trends; communicate these to clients and our teamResearch, document and maintain SEO best practices and develop processes throughout the companyContribute passion and ongoing knowledge of digital marketing as a key team memberMinimum QualificationsExperience & SkillsMinimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experienceStrong familiarity with WordPress dashboard and content managementHTML skills and website maintenance capabilities (highly preferred)PPC and Social Media experience (plus, but not required)Excellent project and account management skillsStrong experience with industry standard tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, BrightLocal/Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, HubSpot, etc.Personal AttributesSelf-starter with ability to work with minimum supervisionExperience working with teams and coordinating with team leads and department headsExcellent writing and communication skillsExcellent English speaking skills, neutral accent preferred
