We’re going to be the change we wish to see in the world, one project at a time.Are you an SEO expert with a passion for Semantic SEO, Topical Authority, and AI Automation?We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist for Impactive Agency who is ready to take ownership of impactful projects while supporting and guiding our growing team.100% Remote JobWhat You’ll Do as an SEO SpecialistDesign and execute effective SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic growth.Conduct in-depth keyword and entity research to support content planning and strategy.Diagnose and resolve technical SEO challenges to ensure optimal site health.Optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages for stronger search performance.Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics such as traffic, rankings, and conversions.Stay ahead of the curve by tracking the latest developments in search algorithms, Semantic SEO, and integrated marketing trends.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, Semantic SEO, Topical Authority, AI-driven automation, and SEO best practices.Hands-on expertise with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ahrefs (or equivalents).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.Strong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
