SEO Specialist (Remote)Job DescriptionLegal Core is looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to help scale organic and paid search performance across our projects. This role combines traditional SEO and emerging AI search optimization (GEO). You will work directly with partners, analyze performance data, and help shape strategies that improve visibility in both search engines and AI-powered platforms. IMPORTANT: Only candidates with 2+ years of SEO experience and C1+ English proficiency will be considered.Key Responsibilities:SEO & Search StrategyPlan and execute organic SEO strategies to increase traffic, rankings, and conversions.Conduct keyword research and build topical authority across priority topics.Prepare clear content briefs for writers with SEO structure and search intent.AI Search & GEO OptimizationOptimize content visibility for AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews).Structure content for machine readability and AI citation.Track emerging metrics such as AI Share of Voice and citation visibility.Technical SEO:Conduct audits for:  - site speed  - schema markup (JSON-LD)  - crawlability and indexingEnsure websites are optimized for both search engines and AI crawlers.Partner CommunicationCommunicate directly with partners to explain performance results.Provide recommendations on SEO strategy, budget allocation, and website improvements.Translate complex search data into clear, actionable insights.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in SEOC1+ English proficiencyStrong knowledge of modern search evolution and AI search trendsExperience with: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs / SEMrushAbility to analyze search data and translate it into strategic recommendationsExperience using AI tools for SEO research or content workflowsNice to Have:Copywriting or content optimization experienceExperience working with legal industry websitesExperience with programmatic SEO or scalable content strategiesCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)100% remote workLong-term opportunity within a growing teamFlexible work environment
