We’re Hiring: SEO Specialist at Linkware Position: SEO SpecialistVacancy: 02Location: Rampura, DhakaEmployment Type: Full-time (Office-based)Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 Days a Week) About the Role Linkware is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective SEO strategies that enhance Linkware’s online visibility and drive high-quality organic traffic. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage SEO strategies to increase organic reach and rankings.Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.Implement on-page SEO best practices (meta tags, headings, image optimization, etc.).Perform technical SEO audits and ensure optimal site structure, performance, and mobile responsiveness.Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.Monitor and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimized content.Prepare detailed SEO reports, performance insights, and recommendations. Qualifications Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed university or institution.At least 1 year of experience in SEO or content writing. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.Strong understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Basic computer literacy is required. Compensation & Benefits Salary: 20,000 – 25,000 BDT (based on experience and skills)Internet Allowance (T/A)Festival Bonus: 2 times per yearLunch Facilities: ProvidedIncrement: Based on performance and company policy How to Apply Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their information through the following link: Apply Link : https://forms.gle/kbqk1YSsXEwa4CXo7
