Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SEO Expert who can handle both on-page and off-page optimization with a deep technical understanding of how search engines work. The ideal candidate should be able to conduct comprehensive audits, identify issues, and apply white-hat strategies that improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and overall site health.Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEOPerform detailed on-page analysis for existing and new web pages, including crawlability, indexation, and site structure.Write natural and human-like meta titles and meta descriptions that align with user intent and SERP best practices.Audit and optimize image alt attributes, schema markup, and internal linking.Regularly check Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMRush for site health, indexing issues, duplicate content, and crawl errors.Review and fix canonicalization, redirects (301, 302), and broken links.Collaborate with writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations effectively.Off-Page SEOResearch and identify high-authority, niche-relevant, and safe websites for backlinks using platforms such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, or Majestic.Analyze domain authority, trust flow, spam score, anchor text distribution, and domain history before link acquisition.Suggest niche edits, guest post placements, or contextual backlinks to site owners or editors.Draft personalized and professional outreach emails to webmasters, bloggers, and publishers to secure backlinks.Maintain and expand backlink databases, keeping track of live links, link types (dofollow/nofollow), and page-level metrics.Keep a watch for link farms, PBNs, or sites containing illegal, adult, or blacklisted content.Continuously explore creative outreach opportunities, such as broken link building, HARO contributions, and digital PR placements.Required Skills and Experience3+ years of proven experience in both on-page and off-page SEO.Strong command of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Surfer SEO.Deep understanding of technical SEO, site indexing, crawl budget optimization, and structured data (Schema.org).Strong knowledge of backlink analysis, link acquisition tactics, and domain authority evaluation.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic WordPress optimization.Experience with link tracking and reporting using Sheets or Data Studio.Excellent written communication and outreach skills with attention to detail.Updated knowledge of Google’s algorithm updates (Core, Helpful Content, SpamBrain, etc.).Preferred QualitiesExperience in working with content-heavy websites.Familiarity with competitor backlink analysis and outreach strategies.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret SEO data and translate it into actionable plans.Strong sense of ownership, organization, and consistency in maintaining SEO performance reports.Performance MetricsGrowth in organic traffic and keyword rankings.Improvement in domain authority and backlink quality score.Reduction in crawl errors and site health issues.Success rate in acquiring high-quality backlinks.Measurable improvement in on-page optimization (Core Web Vitals, CTRs, content structure).
