Our Customer Success Managers manage hundreds of clients who rely on us to strengthen their online visibility in both search engines and generative platforms. You’ll act as the strategic expert who combines hands-on technical SEO work with data analysis and strategic guidance, helping both our team and clients turn complex challenges into scalable growth.You’ll bring together technical problem-solving, structured data insights, and a deep understanding of how search and AI evolve. Your impact will reach beyond troubleshooting as you help shape the frameworks, priorities, and best practices that allow WP SEO AI to deliver consistent, measurable success at scale.What you’ll doBe the go-to expert for all strategic SEO and GEO questions within the Customer Success team.Partner with Customer Success Managers to manage and grow their client portfolios by improving visibility across Google and LLMs.Identify opportunities in rankings, authority, and generative visibility using structured and semantic data.Solve advanced SEO challenges around sitemaps, structured data, robots.txt, canonicals, and other SEO-related issues when needed.Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and playbooks that help the team deliver SEO impact efficiently.Stay ahead of the latest developments in search and AI and turn these insights into actionable strategies.
