SEO Strategist

A boutique mental health marketing agency is seeking an experienced SEO Strategist to join our team.We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of organic growth strategies across multiple local service based client accounts. From technical audits to keyword research and content optimization, this role calls for a well-rounded professional who is passionate about driving measurable results. If you thrive on improving search visibility and delivering sustainable traffic growth, this position is a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.Optimize on-page elements including content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking.Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with development teams to implement fixes.Develop and optimize local SEO strategies for client’s GBP’s.Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as traffic, rankings, and CTR.Partner with content creators and web teams to integrate SEO best practices.Stay ahead of search algorithm updates, tools, and industry trends to ensure continued success.Qualifications3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.Strong expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.Deep understanding of local SEO for service based businessesProficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs.Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.Skilled at managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.Familiarity with Moxie and GSuite is a plus.What We OfferA mission-driven environment focused on mental health and ethical marketing.Flexible remote work and supportive, collaborative culture.Flexibility to work the hours of your country of residence on Mondays and Fridays, with availability required during Mountain Time hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Work that genuinely helps people access care and support.Generous leave policy.Please note that this is an Independent Contractor position, and you will be responsible for managing and paying any applicable taxes in your country of residence.
