Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates who align with the company's culture and long-term strategic goals. At Seprod this position manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and building strong relationships with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs, job specifications, and ideal candidate profilesDevelop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, professional networks (e. g.

, LinkedIn), social media, industry events, and employee referral programsProactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for frequently recruited or critical rolesStay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategiesFull-Cycle Recruitment Management:

Write clear, compelling, and legally compliant job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and company culturePost job openings on relevant platforms and manage applicant flowScreen resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and efficient processFacilitate the interview process, providing guidance to both candidates and interviewersConduct reference checks and background screenings as requiredPrepare and extend formal job offers, negotiate terms and conditions of employment, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completedCandidate Experience & Employer Branding:

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment processChampion the company's employer brand, promoting a positive image to attract top talentParticipate in or organize career fairs and recruitment events to enhance the company's visibilityCollaboration & Advisory: Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop selection criteria, and provide guidance on recruitment best practicesAdvise managers on interview techniques, candidate assessment, and offer managementCollaborate with HR colleagues on broader talent management initiativesReporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Generate reports on recruitment metrics (e. g.
