Are you creative, confident on camera, and obsessed with social media trends? We're looking for a Full Time Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join our growing digital agency. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, loves storytelling, and isn't afraid to jump in front of the lens. What You'll Do: Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc. ) for our in-house brand and client projects. Plan and maintain social media content calendars to ensure consistent and engaging online presence. Create and edit content (posts, stories, reels, skits, etc.
) tailored to each platform’s best practices. Be involved in on-camera content, such as TikTok skits, interviews, and street interviews. Research and apply trending formats, sounds, and viral ideas that resonate with our audiences. Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns with impact. Must-Haves: Fluency in Bahraini Dialect ArabicFluency in EN/AR Languages generallyConfident, outgoing, and comfortable being on-camera regularly. Experience managing and scheduling content for social media. Skit writing, acting, or performing background. A solid understanding of what performs well on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. Basic video editing skills (mobile or desktop-based tools).
Strong creative instincts and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Up to date with Gen Z & Millennial internet culture, memes, and trends.
