Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll help shape data-driven solutions that enhance operational performance. What You’ll Do:

Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements from various business unitsTranslate business challenges into clear and structured data and analytics requirementsAlign stakeholders and facilitate key decisions that drive solution designAct as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication between business and tech teamsOffer strategic advice on data governance, architecture, and implementation approachesContribute to defining project scope, documenting requirements, and validating data solutionsUtilize your knowledge of SAP and enterprise data systems to foresee integration complexitiesWork closely with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Project Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and ArchitectsMaintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship buildingWhat We’re Looking For:

At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Project Management within data or digital transformation projectsExperience working with large enterprise clients, especially in retail or consumer sectorsStrong skills in stakeholder engagement and leading client discussionsAbility to identify business problems and convert them into technical specificationsFamiliarity with data platforms, architecture, and analytics pipelinesExcellent communication and documentation abilities in both Thai and EnglishComfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing multiple prioritiesWillingness to travel to client sites up to 80% of the timeWhat are some benefits working at Sertis?
