You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to define, align, and deliver data-driven solutions that directly impact business performance. In this role, you will get to:

Lead requirements gathering sessions with client stakeholders across multiple business unitsTranslate business needs into clear, actionable data and analytics requirementsFacilitate stakeholder alignment and drive decision-making to support solution designServe as a client-facing leader, bridging communication between business and technical teamsProvide consultative support on data strategy, architecture, and implementation best practicesSupport project scoping, documentation, and validation of data solutionsLeverage your understanding of SAP systems and enterprise data environments to anticipate integration challengesCollaborate with Commercial team, Project Managers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Tech Architects throughout the delivery lifecycleHelp ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement and strong relationship managementYou’ll be successful if you have:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Consultant, or Project Manager on data or digital transformation projects in large organizationsExperience working with enterprise clients, ideally in retail or consumer-focused industriesStrong stakeholder management and client-facing skills, with the ability to lead discussions and facilitate consensusA consultative mindset with an ability to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirementsGood understanding of data architecture, data platforms, and analytics processesExcellent documentation, presentation, and communication skillsExcellent communication skills in both Thai and EnglishAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectivelyBe willing to travel to client site 80% of the timeWhat are some benefits working at Sertis?
