Role SummaryThe Server/Bartender plays a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience at our indoor golf simulator venue. This role combines hospitality expertise with a passion for creating a fun, welcoming environment for golfers and guests alike. You’ll be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized space, and ensuring every guest enjoys top-quality service throughout their visit.What Success Looks LikeSuccess in this position means consistently providing friendly, efficient service that enhances the overall customer experience. A successful Server/Bartender will:Build rapport with guests and create a lively, comfortable atmosphere.Deliver accurate and timely food and beverage orders.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.Support a team-oriented culture where fun, respect, and professionalism thrive.When guests leave saying they had a great time — and want to come back — you’ve succeeded.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and informed about simulator options, menu offerings, and venue policies.Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them efficiently.Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, following proper mixology and safety standards.Maintain cleanliness of tables, simulator bays, and bar/service areas.Process payments accurately through POS systems.Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns.Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and inventory management.Support a positive, team-oriented environment by helping coworkers as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience in bartending, serving, or hospitality preferred.Knowledge of basic drink preparation and responsible service standards.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong multitasking and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment.Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.Must have Smart ServePositive attitude, professional appearance, and commitment to customer service.Interest in golf or recreational sports a plus (no golf experience required).Food Handlers is a plus
