Key AccountabilitiesSupervise and manage the daily functions of the accounting department, including:

Conducting month, quarter, and year-end financial reviewsManaging accounts payable and receivableAssisting in management of the day to day treasury operationsAnalyzing revenue and expenditure discrepanciesReconciling capital asset accountsAssist in establishing and upholding appropriate accounting methodologies, policies, and standardsImplement corporate-level accounting practices to regulate and forecast business operations effectivelyAssist in preparing multicurrency financial statementsProvide budgetary support for projects throughout all phases, from initiation to completionEnhance systems and procedures, and initiate corrective measures as neededDelegate projects and oversee staff to ensure compliance and precisionPerform other duties as requiredRequired SkillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar field is required5 or more years of experience in the accounting fieldExperience managing a teamProficient in Microsoft excelPreferred SkillsExperience in real estate and asset management is a plusExperience working in NetSuite is a plusThe listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market.
