RoleWe are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our Corporate IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality support for desktop environments across our organization, working closely with our North American counterparts to align on strategy and process.

You will ensure that our end users have a seamless experience with their devices and applications, focusing on reliability, security, and performance.

Key AccountabilitiesProvide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 and Office SystemsProvide support for desktop and mobile systems including Windows 11, macOS, iOS, Android and various applicationsSupport and troubleshoot productivity tools within the Microsoft Office suiteAssist with the deployment and support of specialized software including AutoCAD and BluebeamManage service requests and incidents through Freshservice, ensuring timely resolution and excellent customer servicePerform software installations and updates across desktop environmentsCollaborate with other IT teams to implement and enforce IT policies and proceduresTrain end users on best practices and new technologiesDocument processes and maintain accurate records of desktop configurations and changesRequired SkillsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

(or comparable experience/ceritifications)2+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar roleStrong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365Familiarity with IT ticketing and Asset Management tools such as FreshserviceStrong communication skills and a customer-focused attitudePreferred SkillsExperience supporting collaboration tools including Teams, and Microsoft OfficeRelevant certifications (e. g. , Microsoft, Apple) are advantageousThe listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market. Final compensation will be based on your own individual skills, experience, and location.
