Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, initial selection, interviewing candidates for open vacancies, and offering consulting to hiring managers.
Provide support to newcomers during the relocation and adaptation period. Oversee the onboarding and exit processes for all new hires and leavers. Conducting 121 interviews and providing updates to management. Organizing corporate events for different teams and the whole office. Maintain and update internal knowledge bases and systems. Our expectationsExperience in the recruitment agency will be an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Written and spoken English at the advanced level or above. Ability to analyze information, make conclusions, identify risks, and offer solutions.
