At Flynn, it's not just a job, it's a careerLocation: Saskatoon, SKEmployment Type: Office, Salaried, Full-TimeJob Functions: Administration, Organization, Coordination Industry: Building Envelope This position will be based out of our Saskatoon location, reporting to the Service Manager.General and Project Administration:High volume file management and ensuring all information is updated and accurateCollection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant informationUnderstanding the various roles of the Service Department to ensure all calls and information is directed to the correct personAssist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables on Service billingsWorking with various people to ensure all related documents are present and readily available Preparation and management of various project related documents, such as work orders, quotes, purchase orders change orders, etc.Full cycle invoicing, which includes invoicing clients for completed work, as well as matching and approving POsManagement and accurate documentation of Vehicle or Inspection reports, as well as ensuring CVOR reports are completed and filedPreparing warranties as required (standard, OIRCA etc.) as well as insurance requestsCreating and closing subcontracts and submitting pay requestsField Support:Time card collection and review and payroll back-up if requiredMaintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure all necessary paperwork is provided and filed Ensuring CVOR logs are sent to Regional Health & Safety Manager each monthOther duties as requiredWhat we Offer:Competitive wages and benefitsRRSP matchingGreat environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”!On-going career development programs through our in-house Flynn University and eLearning coursesWhat we are Seeking:2 years experience in an administrative role is considered an assetExperience working in a construction environment is considered a strong asset Invoicing and accounting experience is considered an asset Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible Able to prioritize competing deadlines and manage a high volume workload efficiently Customer service oriented with a courteous and professional phone manner Strong skills using the Microsoft office package; Word, Excel and Outlook Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including Roofing, Glazing, Waterproofing, and Architectural Metals.
