Join us on this transformational journey of delivering tailored and quality healthcare service that meets the needs of our diverse Aotearoa.Description:About The Mahi (Role)Are you a proactive, organised team player who thrives on keeping things running efficiently?We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Service Administrator to join our nationwide Service Administration team.This is a permanent, full-time position (Monday to Friday) based in Lower Hutt or New Plymouth. You will be expected to work on-site in the clinic, with the opportunity to work one day from home per week after successfully completing three months in the role.As a key part of TBI Health’s operations, you will provide essential administrative and operational support across our services. We might be a small team, but we’re involved in a bit of everything — no two days are ever the same, and there’s always something new to learn!Key tasks will involve:Coordinating and scheduling appointments for new and existing clientsSending registration, consent, and outcome measure formsCompleting risk assessment forms for community visitsBooking GP medical certificatesFollowing up with ACC and other funders on queries or outstanding tasksResponding to inquiries from clients and referrers quickly and accuratelyReviewing and completing invoicing tasksIf you are someone who thrives on variety, enjoys helping others, and takes pride in keeping things on track, we would love to hear from you!Skills and Experiences:About YouYou will be a motivated and enthusiastic administrator who is organised and keeps things running smoothly.This role would suit someone looking to take the next step in their health administration career and develop their skills within a supportive and dynamic organisation.To be successful in this role, you will have:A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to getting things doneExcellent communication skills, both with colleagues and clientsEmpathy and understanding when supporting clientsA collaborative, team-oriented mindsetStrong organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience working in a healthcare environment in an administrative capacity (beneficial)Experience with Gensolve or ACC contracts/processes (an advantage)A genuine interest in rehabilitation and helping people achieve their goalsBenefits Of Joining TBI HealthAt TBI Health, we value your passion and commitment to supporting our clients and our mission.
