Job Title: Service AdvisorLocation: SAS - SulaimaniyahAbout the Job:The Senior Service Advisor is responsible for leading the service advisor team to ensure excellent customer service, effective workflow coordination, and the achievement of service department goals. This role oversees daily operations, supports team development, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise and guide the service advisor team, ensuring adherence to dealership standards and providing necessary training and supportMonitor workloads and assign tasks to optimize efficiency and customer service deliveryConduct regular evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and recognize team achievementsResolve escalated customer concerns and complex service issues to ensure satisfactionCoordinate with technicians, parts, and sales departments to streamline service operationsImplement strategies to increase service sales, including promoting additional services and packagesEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirementsStay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply improvements to the departmentPromote teamwork, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach across the service advisor teamCollaborate with the Service Manager and other departments to achieve shared objectivesRequired Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Auto Engineering, or a related fieldExperience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a service-related or supervisory role within the automotive industryLanguages: Native Kurdish speaker, fluent in Arabic and EnglishCompetencies: MS Office, strong customer service, and communication skills
