Professional appearance and attitude required.Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management. Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs. Abiltiy to perform Multi Point Inspection Report to Management for additional job duties. Saturdays Required (alternating) Schedule service appointments. Greet and write customers up in a timely manner. Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines, Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
