Our Mazda dealership in Port Hedland, Western Australia is looking for a customer-oriented Service Advisor to deliver Mazda’s standard of service excellence.Key Responsibilities:• Act as the main contact between customers and the service team• Schedule and coordinate vehicle service appointments• Ensure quality service and customer satisfaction• Prepare service estimates, explain repair details, and obtain customer approvals• Monitor service progress and ensure timely delivery of vehiclesRequirements:• Experience in automotive service or customer service roles• Good communication and problem-solving skills• Minimum IELTS score 4.5 (for work visa eligibility)• Willing to relocate to Port Hedland, Western AustraliaIf you’re ready to take your career to the next level and experience life in Western Australia, we’d love to hear from you!
