Job DescriptionFor the Service Advisor role, we’re looking for someone with a customer service background, keen to deliver excellent client experiences in the showroom. Whilst having worked in a similar role in a motor dealership will be advantageous, it isn't essential.The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, ensuring excellent communication is maintained at all time and that customers get an excellent experience using our Chorley Group service departments, as well as the branch as a whole.Other responsibilities for the role are;Dealing with necessary paperworkPreserving a high level of house keeping at all timesMaintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being services/repaired and;Processing payments and follow up actions.What We Are Looking ForExperience in the motor industry and/or service advisor role is preferred but not essentialNo Specific Qualifications NeededA good level of computer literacyA keen eye for detailSomeone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line everydayExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work under pressureWhen I join the team, what will I get in return?On target earnings of £32000, includes commissions and is uncapped.A great bonus schemeExcellent training and developmentCareer progressionCompany benefitsA great team of people to work withJob Type: PermanentPay: £26,500.00-£32,000.00 per yearAdditional PayBonus schemeCommission payBenefitsCompany eventsCompany pensionCycle to work schemeEmployee discountHealth & wellbeing programmeLife insuranceReferral programmeStore discountSchedule: Day shiftExperience: Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person‘No Agency CVs at this time’
