Join Roche, where every voice matters.The Position职位概述运用高级数据分析、人工智能和精益六西格玛原则，推动卓越的服务交付。需要将复杂数据转化为切实可行的战略，并致力于营造一种持续改进、数据驱动的文化。主要工作职责 ：服务战略与架构：对服务数据进行主动分析，发现关键趋势，产生高价值洞察，以塑造并驱动服务战略。数据分析与流程优化：应用机器学习、预测建模等高级分析技术，执行复杂的模式识别与根本原因分析。主导数据驱动的改进项目，系统性地消除流程瓶颈、减少服务缺陷，实现服务交付在效率与质量上的提升。商业智能与可视化：擅长将复杂的分析结果转化为清晰、简洁且可执行的商业智能。负责开发和维护精准、多维度且互动式的仪表盘，为管理层提供战略决策所需的关键洞察。运用全面的服务数据和客户行为分析，构建创新的数据驱动服务模式。在设计定制化和差异化服务产品方面发挥核心作用，发掘全新增值机会，并通过精准服务交付，提升客户满意度。团队发展，提升团队分析水平，创新能力和沟通技巧; 遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责（详见SHE手册相关定义）基本任职资格 ：至少5年以上相关工作经验以及2年以上相关管理经验信息管理，统计，数学或者相关专业本科及以上学历精通excel和PPT, 并有良好的数据可视化及表达技巧。优秀的沟通技巧,拥有强烈的责任感和团队协作精神。具备数据分析专业知识, 运用AI工具进行数据分析的实际能力拥有六西格玛项目实施经验和绿带优先。良好的英文口头和书面表达能力。Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
