SummaryYou will be responsible for repairing Sports, Orthopaedics and Endoscopy equipment and instruments which are under warranty or out of warranty, set up processes for servicing function, maintain repair equipment, adhere to quality policies as per QMS (Quality Management System) & as laid down by GBU (Global Business Unit) and ensure quick turnaround time.Responsibilities:Perform repairs ensuring efficiency and maintain target TAT management and First time fix rate.To ensure Company processes QMS (Quality Management System) are strictly adhered.Accurate Spare Part and service pool Inventory ManagementEnsure service center meets ISO 13546 Audit management requirement.Ensure proper records are maintained for service center.Maintain good cross functional collaboration and relationship.Ensure implementation of all software and hardware updatesAdherence to Company’s Code of Conduct.Location: Tokyo Heiwajima Logistic CenterQualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant degree.Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in technical service/service engineer.Licenses/ Certifications: 医療機器修理業責任技術者(Category 1,3,5) is preferred.Competence: Technical service/Biomedical background in healthcare industry.
