At Culligan, we're committed to delivering state-of-the-art products and water solutions that benefit our customers, while minimizing the impact on the environment.Service Centre Supervisor:As a pivotal member of our Operations Team, the Service Centre Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities within the Dewsbury Service Centre. This role ensures that operational processes run smoothly, staff are supported and engaged, and customer expectations are consistently met.Responsibilities of Service Centre Supervisor:Supervise daily operations ensuring efficiency and compliance with SLAsLead and motivate the service team including Water Delivery Drivers and TechniciansAssist in training and development of staff to meet operational standardsCoordinate deliveries, installations, and maintenance services for optimal customer satisfactionManage stock levels and assist with inventory controlWork closely with management to achieve departmental goals and objectivesSupport team members with issues and concerns in daily operationsEnsure health and safety compliance within the service centreContribute to performance reviews and recruitment processesRequirementsEssential:Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and make effective decisionsExperience in managing teams, preferably in operations or service-oriented rolesOrganisational skills to maintain smooth daily operationsProficient in daily reporting and data analysisBenefitsMonday - Friday working pattern25 days' holiday + Bank Holidays Company Pension schemeCompany Sick Pay (after qualifying period)Enhanced Paternity & Maternity benefitsShopping discounts + 24 hours access to Employee Assistance Programme + Volunteering DayEmployee support network and mental health assistanceOpportunity for career progression
