Job Description

Responsibilities / TasksPlanning and coordination of a Field Service Engineers team;Proactive service and spare parts sales to end-customers;Developing good long-term relations with customers;Preparation of proposals, service contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents;Administration of warranty claims;To ensure that all Field Service Engineers are properly equipped with working tools, technical documentation, and labor safety equipment;To ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to on site as per the GEA & QHSE and local law requirements;To develop effective cooperation with sales department.Your Profile / QualificationsTechnical/Engineering University degree;2 year experience in service of industrial equipment;Ability to read and understand technical documentation, like manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings, etc.;Advanced computer user, strong knowledge of MS Office;Good time management and organizational skills;Excellent attention to details;Good communication and influencing skills;Good multitasking skills;Driver’s license, category B;English language – B1, B2 level;Readiness to travel within Ukraine.Did we spark your interest?Then please click apply above to access our guided application process.
