Job Description
What is the job about? Handle customer service requests by phone and email. Manage orders, quotes, and invoices using C4C, S4C, SAP CRM, and other systems. Coordinate site visits and service operations, register contracts, and manage correspondence. Support the planning and administration of service activities while building trust with customers, employees, and contractors.Your Main Responsibilities:Create and process work orders for technicians and Service Partners in S4C Service Management System.Handle after-sales service inquiries from customers via phone, orders, or tickets.Schedule and coordinate service operations and site visits for Service Engineers, Technicians and Service Partners.Monitor and follow up on open and completed service orders, including faults, repairs, and quotations.Prepare basic service quotations and invoice completed services.Provide administrative support to colleagues on service-related matters and processes.Contact customers or Service Partners as needed to gather feedback and improve workflows.Review and allocate ASP claims (hours, payments) to appropriate cost centers.Communicate efficiently with customers, staff, Service Partners, and internal stakeholders.Your background:Preferably at least 2 years of work experience in related fieldExperience supporting commercial and business functionsPrior technical and/or service experience is beneficialKnowledge and experience with systems and software including SAP, CRM, and Office applications are advantageousCommunicative written and spoken English skillsAbility to work with processesAdditional attributes include:Effective communication and relationship-building abilitiesInitiative and results orientationTeamwork skillsProblem-solving approachOrientation towards customer needsWhat’s in it for you?
