You will be the link between the customer, field service engineers, and spare parts logistics, ensuring efficient planning and seamless service delivery.In this role, you will plan engineer visits, organise service schedules, review service reports, and make sure parts arrive on time. You’ll also use your technical knowledge to answer customer questions, advise basic fixes, and identify opportunities for additional services or sales.The business offers strong support and product training, including international development in Germany.
