ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome customers in a warm and professional mannerTake customer orders accurately and efficientlyServe food and beverages promptly and courteouslyAssist customers with menu choices and provide recommendationsEnsure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout serviceHandle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback with a positive attitudeMaintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stationsFollow food safety and hygiene standards at all timesProcess payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactionsCollaborate with kitchen and other service staff for smooth operationsRestock and replenish service items as neededPerform opening and closing duties as assignedAny other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the CompanyRequirementsPrior experience in food service or hospitality is an advantage but not requiredExcellent customer service and communication skillsFriendly, positive attitude and team-oriented mindsetService oriented and passionate working in F&B industryAble to work on weekends and public holidaysAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina to stand and walk for extended periodsPC literate, well-organized, and self-motivated
