In the role as a service desk agent you will provide technical support: analyze, diagnose and resolve technical issues, which may range from basic troubleshooting to more complicated technical issues. The primary function of these service desk services is to restore technical function as resolution in order to allow the customer to return to their business process as quickly as possible.Tasks and responsibilities:Troubleshooting, diagnosing and correcting IT related technical issuesProviding guidance to the client through the necessary steps to restore functionalityBeing responsible to either solve the issue or assign up to level 2 supportCoordinating and follow up service requests Team up with your colleagues to collaborate on problem solving and identify service solutionsActively use the knowledge base to resolve problems and raise potential knowledge gapsSkills/qualifications required:Education: upper secondary schoolCzech or Polish - business level (working/support language).English - communication level (for training, internal communication etc).It is an advantage if you have service desk experience We believe you have good communication skills and enjoy solving problems Why work at Tech Mahindra?
