You will be providing services to external users – so above all else, customer service is at the core of this role!What You’ll Be DoingActing as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, and service desk toolsProviding first-line troubleshooting for:Network and connectivity queriesHardware peripherals (laptops, printers, phones)Handling password resets, account lockouts, and general support requestsLogging incidents accurately and escalating when neededMaintaining service desk documentation and knowledge base content *This role is working night shifts falling between the hours of 7am-7pm, your shifts will be 9 hours and you will be working on a 5-days on, 3-days off roster (360 hours total within a nine-week period). Due to the fast-paced, full time nature of a role, this role isn’t suitable as a secondary role for people working full-time day shifts.This is a fully work from office role in Wellington CBD.About YouAre you an experienced IT support professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a confident, capable Level 1 Service Desk Analyst with at least 1 year of commercial experience to join this service desk team immediately.Have a passion for IT/relevant IT studies and customer service/call centre experience (2+years)?
