SummaryOur client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer issues via phone, email, in-person, and chat. Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Requirements2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience. Experience with O365. Dependability, reliability. Common sense, logical thinking skills. This is a 6-month Contract opportunity with potential to extend with our Kansas City, MO client.
