A renowned global consulting firm is looking for bilingual IT support professionals (Japanese & English) to deliver top-tier user support in a global service model.🔹 Roles: L1 Support 🔹 Location: Tokyo Minato-ku (Onsite) 🔹 Languages: Japanese (Business level) + English (Business level) 🔹 Shift: 8x5 (Weekdays & Weekends with compensatory off) Weekdays: 7:00 ~ 22:00 JST (9 hours shift, including 1 hour break) Weekends: 8:30 ~ 22:00 JST 🔹 Environment: Global collaboration with hubs in Poland, China & Japan🔹Long-term haken position offering a salary of approximately ¥5.5 million per year.💼 Key Responsibilities:Provide L1 support via phone, email, and chatTroubleshoot desktop, software, and basic network issuesManage user accounts and service requestsEscalate complex issues to L2/L3 teamsMaintain ticket quality and SLA complianceUpdate knowledge base and contribute to team handoversEnsure excellent customer experience through proactive communication
