As Service Enablement Specialist, you will connect business needs with CRM and IT solutions—ensuring our service teams have the tools and workflows to deliver exceptional support to the users of our medical solutions. In this role, you will:Act as a trusted connector between business and technology.Build processes and tools that empower service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Drive operational excellence through data, insights, and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess OptimizationImprove CRM case management and ERP workflows to reduce resolution time and errors.Develop SOPs and service knowledge resources that enable consistent, high-quality interactions.Track service KPIs and use insights to drive continuous improvement. Enablement & CollaborationTranslate business needs into clear technical requirements for CRM and IT teams.Create training materials and enablement tools that empower service teams globally.Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.Change & Service ExcellenceSupport change management initiatives that embed best practices and compliance into service operations.Identify gaps in customer service workflows and implement solutions that improve efficiency.Champion a customer-first mindset across all service enablement activities. What You BringMinimum of 2 years in service operations, enablement, or process improvement.Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).Analytical mindset with proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Experience in call center environments and/or frontline customer servicesProject Management and proven process improvement is a plus.We will assess applications on a continuous basis and encourage you to send in your application as soon as possible.We look forward hearing from you!Location is Molndal / Gothenburg (Sweden), hybrid setting.Don't meet every single requirement?
