Delta has also won CDP with double A List for 4 times for its substantial contribution to climate change and water security issues and has been named Supplier Engagement Leader for its continuous development of a sustainable value chain for 7 consecutive years.For detailed information about Delta, please visit: www.delta-emea.com Job DescriptionFor our Energy Infrastructure Solutions’ team, we are looking for an hands-on and enthusiastic person in the role of Service Engineer to support the growth in our power conversion system (PCS) business.Key Responsibilities:Start-up and commissioning of inverters/ converters at customers' BESS fields or remotely.Diagnose and repair of faulted inverters/ converters on field, troubleshooting and replacement of spare parts including electronic boards, AC and DC fuses, fans, and filters etc.Follow procedures to provide maintenance to inverters/ converters.Complete on time weekly field reports that capture time and work completed on site.Responsible of inventory parts assigned to you to perform at work at the field.Responsible of caring for company property such as company vehicle, tools, electronical devices.Conduct training sessions for installers, system integrators and EPCs.Prepare reports on the analysis of product failures and conduct improvement plans.Travel based on operations demands.QualificationsEducational degree in electrical maintenance, electro technical services, electrical engineering, or related majorsExperience from a similar technical support roleHands-on experience with PV/BESS products and related electrical technologiesCertificates of Medium-Voltage & Low-Voltage electricity to work in at least one of the EU countries is a mustGood understanding of commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, calibration, monitoring and repairing of heavy electrical equipmentVery good communication skills in English, Chinese is a plusExcellent problem solving skillsDriver’s license Class B Basic network concepts is considered a plusOrganized and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
