An International Trading & Manufacturing Company is looking for Service EngineerJob Description / ResponsibilityTaking up the responsibility to maintain and after sales service of various printing & packaging related capital machineries.Installation, maintenance, trouble shooting, routine visit of digital printing machineries sold by the company all over Bangladesh.Respond to customer’s complaints and inquiries.To ensure customers support within shortest possible time.Handover the defected spare parts and follow up for replacement.Update and store all service documents, file, manual, installation software, users guide and others if necessary.Ensure that all communication and servicing are handled within the required time frame and to the company’s standard.Reporting to top management with daily update on work progress.Any other job assigned by higher authority.Educational RequirementsDiploma in ElectricalDiploma in MechanicalBachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic EngineeringDiploma or BSC in EEE, ME, CSE, PRINTING TECHNOLOGY from any renowned educational institution.Additional RequirementsHaving 1-2 years working experience for maintenance and service of Printing & Packaging related machinery will be given preference. Good command in verbal and written English.Job LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 2)
