Service Engineer - URUK

Department: Digital TransformationLocation: Erbil About the RoleURUK is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our Digital Transformation Department in Erbil. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of multifunction printers (MFPs), copiers, scanners, and related software solutions at customer sites. This position plays a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction through timely service, professional communication, and quality technical support. Key Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and repair printers, MFPs, and related equipment.- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per the scheduled plan.- Diagnose technical issues accurately and ensure timely ticket closure.- Replace defective parts and report any recurring failures.- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding service status.- Provide basic user training or troubleshooting guidance when needed.- Ensure all work follows safety standards, company policies, and customer site regulations.- Maintain quality service delivery (clean installation, full testing, proper documentation).- Collaborate with team members to handle urgent service calls.- Attend regular team meetings, technical briefings, and training sessions. Qualifications & Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT, or Mechatronics.- Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support or service engineering role. Skills & Competencies- Strong understanding of mechanics and electronics (gears, motors, sensors, wiring).- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Wi-Fi setup.- Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS environments.- Good communication and customer service skills.- Ability to manage multiple service calls per day efficiently.- Strong problem-solving, diagnostic, and time management skills.- Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail. Ready to Join Us?If you meet the requirements and are passionate about contributing to URUK’s mission, apply now and become part of our growing team!Send your CV with this link:https://uruk.docuware.cloud/DocuWare/Forms/hr-job-application?orgID=152d128f-98a9-4de2-b8e5-8d81afa…Please include the reference code (RR000301) in your application.
