You will be supported by a team of technicians and you are required to champion the customer relationship and engagement process.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible:To handle after-sales service market sales and achieve service sales targets set by the company for the southern region.To attend technical meetings at the customer site and provide solutions.To review the forecast spare parts for repair work with Service Manager.To connect chillers to the Carrier Smart Service Platform, monitor Chiller performance, and generate reports to customers.To prepare technical reports/chiller startup reports/ monthly comprehensive chiller reports for customersTo conduct chiller introduction and technical training for customers/ contractors and in-house technicians.To attend to customers' complaints & provide prompt service to meet customer satisfaction.To assist the Service Manager in handling operation-related matters.Carry out EH&S responsibilities and job site inspection as required.Maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.Develops diverse product knowledge and may perform diagnostic procedures.Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve design/system related problems.RequirementsWe are looking for people who are innovative.
