Do you want to be part of this revolution?Job description:Our Service Excellence Department is in charge of dealing with our customer’s machinery pools in order for all our technologies to be properly installed and always in full operation. This position combines both technical and customer service duties being perfect for any dynamic, proactive and problem-solver profile.Which will be your main duties?Directly reporting to both our Area Director and the Technical Director based in Spain, you’ll carry out, among others, the following tasks:Checking the installation requirements status & installing our technologies.Carrying out technical troubleshooting according to the customers’ needs.Identifying any need the clients may have, as well as designing & implementing an strategy or plan of action to cover such needs.Repairing our customers’ machinery pools at their manufacturing centres.Improving Jeanologia’s technical service by reducing the solving time ratio.Providing the Service Excellence Department with support regarding any administrative duty.Doing technical trainings on Jeanologia’s techs implementation & full operation.Collecting any query or technical improvement customers may suggest.Providing Jeanologia’s sales team with technical support.Which kind of profile are we looking for?Degree in Engineering having majored in electronics, mechanics or mechatronics.Advanced English level both written & spoken.We’re looking for a problem solver with initiative and eager to learn within a super dynamic environment.Availability to travel and visit our customers manufacturing centres.Based Okayama with travels nationally and internationally.What can we offer you?
