Service Engineer – Karnataka

Job DescriptionThe Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to identify customer needs and provide customized gearbox solutions. The Service Engineer will also be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing gearbox issues on-site at client locations.ResponsibilitiesProviding technical support to customers on gearbox-related issuesDiagnosing and repairing gearbox issues on-site at client locationsDeveloping customized gearbox solutions based on customer needsCollaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunitiesConducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customersPreparing technical reports and documentationMaintaining accurate records of service calls and customer interactionsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of experience in gearbox maintenance and repairStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel to client locations as requiredIf you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and technical support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
